Mutton Cauliflower Curry

Mutton and cauliflower are my two favorite items which I never get bored of. I wanted to try something which had both of them and came up with this recipe. This turned out so good and its our (me and my DH’s) once-in-a-week-for-sure dish now. You can actually turn this in to dry item (Mutton Cauliflower Fry) by adding less water and frying more following the same recipe. Its your turn to enjoy this now…

1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets

1/2 kg Mutton washed and cut into medium sized pieces

1 big Onion chopped

2 tsp Red Chilli powder
